We understand that the "me, me, me" mentality causes problems and limits effectiveness and efficiency.
We don't waste money. Our priority is spending funds buying land for nature.
Our educational work is no-nonsense and based on reality.
"Actions speak louder than words" is the best test of genuineness.

We are only interested in people who really want to give and do what is needed. We don't take on casual volunteers who do a little bit when it suits them.

Qualities such as self-honesty and honesty are important to us. Punctuality, reliability, and being willing to learn are also desirable qualities.

We provide all necessary training.
